John Marshall Custom Homes is creating Davidson’s first pocket neighborhood, featuring historically inspired cottage homes, lots of green space and great proximity to downtown Davidson. Pocket neighborhoods are unique communities that have been very successful across the country, and we are proud to be the first such community in not only Davidson but all of North Carolina.
Our pocket neighborhood features 15 homes, ranging in size from 1500 square feet to 2500 square feet. Pricing will range from the mid 300s to the mid 500s depending upon size and finishes.
