We’re Building Another LEED Home!

John Marshall Custom Homes of Davidson has started construction on its latest LEED certified home.  Being built at 611 James Alexander Way in the heart of downtown Davidson, this home is a slight modification of the Erin home designed by Ross Chapin Architects of Langley, WA.

John Marshall Custom Homes has built 3 LEED certified homes, including the first home in Mecklenburg County to be certified at the Gold level or higher.  With 4 homes currently being constructed under the LEED for Homes program, John Marshall Custom Homes is sure to extend its lead as the top private builder of LEED certified homes in North Carolina.

LEED for Homes is a program of the US Green Building Council, and awards points in several categories including energy and water efficiency, healthy indoor air, sustainable sites, local sourcing and others.  The LEED certification is your assurance that independent professionals have verified compliance to the stringent standards of LEED.
