UPDATE DECEMBER 2017: John Marshall Custom Homes has recently purchased 4.5 acres of land adjacent to our Davidson Springs neighborhood.  We have submitted an application to the Town of Davidson and Mecklenburg County to create 8 single family and 8 townhome lots on this property.  We anticipate having one single family home lot available in January 2018, with the other lots coming in summer/fall 2018.  Stay tuned for updates on this exciting new project.
