Take a Sneak Peek at this Beauty!
We couldn’t wait to give you a sneak peek at this beautiful remodeling job that we just finished in Denver! We are getting some professional photographs taken next week (as in the week of March 23, 2026), but for now, please enjoy these decidedly unprofessional photos taken with my Samsung Galaxy.
John Marshall Custom Homes was hired to add a bathroom to the 3rd floor of a beautiful lake home in Denver (these are the photos of the sink (sink and faucet by Thomas Crapper (you can’t make this stuff up)). When that project wrapped up, we are hired to finish a storage room above the detached garage.
We were brought into these projects by Dominique DeLaney of Dominique Delaney Interiors of Cornelius, who had worked with this client on a very significant renovation of their home (which, by the way, is stunning). Dominique created a great design for this space over the garage, which includes a TV area and sleeping area with colorful “Click” hardwood flooring, some built-in cabinetry and a bench seat, and a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a shower with some very whimsical tile work. Yet to come are some ceiling mounted mirrors and a custom glass and metal partition between the bathroom and the sleeping area.
The result, as you can see, was transformational. What was once just an attic space is now a fun and functional space which will be used by this family’s children and grandchildren.
