John Marshall Custom Homes recently completed a modern home in downtown, Davidson, North Carolina. Designed by award winning architect Nicole Perri, this home features two levels of living above a walk out basement.
A focal point of the home is an expansive kitchen, complete with white oak cabinetry, limestone countertops, and professional appliances with custom panels. Off of the kitchen is a coffee bar complete with a carbonation machine, as well as a scullery with additional food prep and storage options.
The main level of the home features a family room with a multi-glide door that leads out onto a covered porch with an outdoor fireplace. Additional features of the main level include a steam shower, a luxurious primary suite and a main level office.
The upper level and basement both feature guest bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upper level also features an office, media room, and fitness room. Finally, there is a residential elevator for those days when the knees don’t feel like walking up the beautiful custom staircase.
