229 Brook Street

Inspired by Virginia farmhouses, this lovely home was built in the heart of downtown Davidson.  The spacious kitchen is the heart of the home, with ample space for cooking and entertaining.  However, unlike most new homes the kitchen does not open into the family room.  Instead, the large family room with its cozy fireplace and piano alcove is a great place for the homeowners to spend time as a family.

I love this house on brook st. Is it possible to see more pictures of the inside or even a floor plan. I live in Connecticut and my children live in Concord and Harrisburg and would like to start looking for a new home in Davidson. I love the area. Please let me know as soon as possible. I can’t wait to see more. Thank you. Patti

I love this home! My husband will be retiring in Feb. of 2016. We live just outside Seattle, WA. I plan on putting our home up for sale one year prior to his retirement. If our home sells early I will be heading for Davidson. We plan on making a trip to Charlotte and your area in Sept. of 2012. Can you please send me more information and prices re: your homes. I also like the model at 233 Catawba Ave. and 631 James Alexander Way. Your homes are so beautiful and what I have always been looking for. Sincerely, Stacy Engel
