We transformed a drab 1940s ranch home into one of Davidson’s classic homes. The house was completely updated both inside and out, and a second story and detached garage apartment were added. In spite of nearly doubling the living area of the home, the house blends in nicely with the surrounding neighborhood thanks to an excellent design by Michael Neff and preservation of several mature trees on the lot. Winner of First Prize in the Lake Norman Homebuilders “Best of the Lake” competition for large renovations.
