A Davidson classic!  Formerly a nondescript ranch home, we completely renovated this home in 2007, adding a second story and also a detached garage with an apartment above.  But, more importantly we added to the charm of the house, and even though it doubled in size it fits better into historic Davidson.

We were awarded ‘First Place’ in the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association’s ‘Best of the Lake’ competition in 2007 for this project.  Look through the photos and see why.
