John Marshall Custom Homes, Inc. of Davidson was awarded two first-place prizes at the annual “Best of the Lake” design competition sponsored by the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association.  These recognitions were the 4^th and 5^th first place awards John Marshall Custom Homes, Inc. has won in this competition.

A new home built at 618 James Alexander Way in Davidson was recognized as the best new construction in the $500-750,000 price range.  This home was cited for its attention to detail, extensive woodworking, and an expansive kitchen.

John Marshall Custom Homes, Inc. also won first place in the category of renovations valued between $76-150,000 for a project in the River Run neighborhood of Davidson. This project was recognized by the judges for its “dramatic change, great new spaces, and excellent use of finishes and color.”
