Renovations and remodeling have been a key part of our business for nearly 20 years. Our first whole house renovation was a ranch home on South Thompson Street in Davidson in 2006/2007. We completely gutted this home and added a second story before completely modernizing the home with all new finishes. Our efforts were recognized with a “Best of the Lake” award from the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association in 2007.
Since then, we’ve completed dozens of successful renovations, ranging from whole house renovations like the one above, to smaller projects such as adding a new bedroom where there was once a two-story family room.
Renovations involve adding on to the footprint of the home, and/or moving around existing walls.
