In business since 2002, John Marshall Custom Homes built its first new home in a neighborhood in South Charlotte called Bishops Ridge, and we haven’t stopped since. From 900 square feet to almost 9,000 square feet, from traditional to modern, we’ve done it all. The one common theme is a well built home delivered with care and transparency.
Early on we committed to having all of our new homes be Energy Star certified, and in 2009 we built our first LEED certified home at 233 Catawba Avenue in Davidson. This home was also the first home in Mecklenburg County to be LEED certified at the Gold Level. We’ve since had over 25 homes LEED certified, and in 2016 we were named the “Outstanding Single Family Developer” by the US Green Building Council.
