411 WALNUT STREET IN DAVIDSON

411 Walnut Street is a home that was originally built in 1911, but we completely renovated it in 2019 and 2020.  Increasing the size of the home by around 1,200 square feet, we gutted the home down to the studs and added all new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, in addition to greatly improving the energy efficiency and cleanliness of the home by adding a conditioned crawl space and spray foam insulation.

A new cook’s kitchen with a black walnut butcher block island is a highlight of this home, which also features a new music room with dual pocket doors with mortised hardware, a new dining and living room with a see through masonry fireplace, and a new screened porch with a masonry fireplace.  There are too many nice features to list them all!
