so costly as to discourage you from selecting them. Rather, our
standard features are what a production builder would consider
an upgrade, and then we give the homeowner ample opportunity to
customize their house to their liking. In fact, many of our homeowners
have suggested features that we had not previously done. Not only
do we build these features into their home, we will then take these
features and incorporate them into future homes. As such, you will
