	233 Catawba Avenue in Davidson This LEED-registered home features luxury and comfort all in an exceptionally efficient, environmentally friendly package. Located within an easy walk to all points of interest in Davidson, the house features a smart, compact design that takes advantage of every inch of space. The first floor features a cook's kitchen, family room, master bedroom with study, laundry room and powder room. Upstairs are two large guest bedrooms and a full bath. A loft area on the third floor is a great hideaway for kids.

	504 Walnut Street in Davidson Located in the heart of downtown Davidson, this 1937 house was completely renovated by John Marshall Custom Homes. Building upon the original house, we expanded the first floor by adding a family room, master suite, and updated kitchen, and also added an office to the upstairs. This house has many accessibility features, including a roll-in shower, elevator shaft, intercom system, and wheelchair ramps. We updated the energy efficiency of the house by adding insulation, new HVAC, and tankless water heaters. Stylistically, the house remains firmly grounded in the past.

	514 Bridle Path Trail This country home is located just minutes outside of downtown Davidson. Elegance abounds, from the classic black on white colors to the rocking chair wraparound front porch. Inside a cook's kitchen leads into a keeping room with a cedar ceiling. Abundant hickory hardwoods, custom millwork, and mission trim are just some of the features of this lovely home.

	621 Dogwood Lane Styled after a 1920s bungalow, this lovely house is located just around the corner from Davidson College. 	Thompson Street This stunning house in downtown Davidson was actually built in 1946, then completely renovated in 2006-2007 by John Marshall Custom Homes. We added a second floor, detached garage, and more than doubled the size, all while keeping the charm and old-house feel of the original. Extensive hardwoods, moldings, and a historical color scheme place this house in the past, while a steam shower, ThermaDor appliances and a custom audio package are just some of today's amenities.

	Dogwood Lane in Davidson This beautiful Arts and Crafts design features a mix of traditional styles with a European influence. The entry hall is flanked by the study and dining room, and all feature mission style wainscoting which continues up the stairs and into the second floor hallway. The kitchen features distressed cabinetry and an island which is the center of this cook's paradise. Three upstairs bedrooms and a playroom are complemented by built-in cabinetry.

	Huntersville Equestrian Estate This head turning house is built on five acres in the countryside of west Huntersville, North Carolina. 	Afton Village Bungalow The perfect floor plan! The understated, yet dramatic exterior leads into a home which is perfect for families of all sizes. 	The Yarmouth The Yarmouth features a beautiful brick front elevation, and great livability in only 1800 square feet. 	The Aerie Our first house, and still our most popular plan. The Arts and Crafts exterior leads into a dramatic interior. The two-story foyer gives way to the formal dining room, which is separated from the kitchen by a pocket door. The deluxe kitchen features wall ovens and a separate cooktop. The great room features a vaulted 18-foot ceiling, and the main level master bedroom has the option of a tray or vaulted ceiling. Two bedrooms, a full bath, loft, and a generous storage area complete comprise the second floor.

	The Fenwicke A large front porch with ceiling fans and columns gives this house the appearance of a historic farmhouse, but the interior is 100% modern.
