Davidson Farmer's Market - the Farmer's Market offers an opportunity for farmers to sell goods and produce locally to consumers who enjoy fresh food, and want to know a little more about where their food comes from. The Farmer's Market takes place throughout the year in downtown Davidson, just behind the Summit Coffee shop. Davidson Lands Conservancy - The DLC works to protect vital land for the benefit of the public and our natural resources.John Marshall Custom Homes has supported the DLC through our sponsorship of the "Run For The Green," a road race that takes place in Davidson in the fall. With a fun run, 5-K, and half-marathon, the Run For The Green offers something for everyone. We've been pleased to sponsor this event each year, as well as participate in the half-marathon. Christmas In Davidson - Christmas in Davidson is the Lake Norman area's premier holiday celebration. Held over three nights in December, Christmas in Davidson features entertainment, horse drawn carriage rides, live nativity scenes and of course, Santa Claus. Lake Norman YMCA Youth Sports - The Lake Norman YMCA, located just outside of Davidson in Cornelius, offers an excellent youth sports program. John Marshall Custom Homes has sponsored teams in several sports ever since our children began participating in the program.

HAMMERS - HAMMERS is a program of the Davidson Housing Coaliton which provides emergency home repairs to low-income homeowners in the Lake Norman area. We have been pleased to support HAMMERS both through our efforts as well as financially.
